Central Utility Plant

Upgrades are being made to this chilled water, steam, and domestic hot water central utility plant including replacing chilled water pumps and the domestic hot water skid. Point Capture provided laser scanning services capturing the entire central utility plant. The Client is using the point cloud to develop shop drawings, allowing them to accurately identify their points of connection to existing piping and routing of new piping. The Client used the virtual tour to plan the installation phasing from the office, which reduced travel cost and allowed for an efficient well planned installation.
